This optimized nitrate reductase storage buffer is always recommended for reconstituting NECi's nitrate reductase for usage and storage purposes. These diluent bulbs may be stored at room temperature, but we recommend storing at 4°C.

Usage Instructions
When ordering nitrate reductase in 2, 3, or 5 units per vial, use 1 enzyme diluent bulb per unit to achieve 1 unit enzyme per ml of solution. This is the recommended concentration for most nitrate assays.
