Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Actual ship dates follow our Monday–Wednesday Shipping Schedule below.

Shipping Schedule

Because our products are temperature-sensitive enzyme preparations, we ship Monday through Wednesday using 1–3 day shipping options to avoid extended transit over weekends. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday morning generally ship the same day. Orders placed later in the afternoon on those days may still go out same-day, but this isn't guaranteed. Orders placed later Wednesday through Sunday are held and shipped the following Monday. This applies year-round, with extra care taken during warmer months.

If you need an order to ship later in the week, please contact us — we can often accommodate expedited shipping and handling on a case-by-case basis.

Carriers

We ship via UPS or FedEx (selectable at checkout). If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from ship date. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship regularly to Canada. For other international destinations, please contact us directly to discuss availability and shipping arrangements.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. Delivery times vary by destination.
