NECi ships all enzyme reagents, test kits, and related products with care to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Our default carrier is UPS, and most orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and any required temperature-controlled materials.

Yes. We recognize that many laboratories and institutions have established logistics preferences. We can accommodate alternative shipping services, including customer corporate or institutional shipping accounts, upon request. Contact us before placing your order to arrange this.

Yes. For specialized instructions — such as specific delivery windows, temperature-control requirements, or custom packaging — please contact us directly before placing your order. Our team will ensure proper handling and timely delivery according to your laboratory's requirements.

Shipping insurance is automatically included on all orders over $250.00. If you would like insurance coverage on a lower-value shipment, you may request this when placing your order.

Every NECi reagent, enzyme preparation, and test kit is manufactured under stringent quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and long-term reliability. We guarantee that all NECi products will maintain full functional performance for the durations below when stored under appropriate conditions:

-80°C — 3 years or longer
-20°C — 1 year
4°C — 6 months

These specifications are based on extensive internal validation, accelerated aging studies, and decades of field use across regulated laboratories, research institutions, environmental monitoring programs, and industrial QA/QC operations.

If any product fails to meet these performance standards, we will replace it or provide a refund.

Contact us before returning anything. Our team may be able to resolve the issue immediately — many performance questions are related to storage conditions or procedural steps that we can help troubleshoot quickly. If the product is found to be defective or fails to meet our quality guarantee, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Unless the return is due to an NECi error or a product quality issue covered under our guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before shipping anything back. We will review the issue, confirm return eligibility, and provide instructions for proper handling. Do not ship a return without contacting us first.
