Pre-Measured, High-Purity NADH Cofactor for Nitrate Reductase Assays
NADH (β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, reduced form) is the essential electron-donating cofactor required for nitrate detection assays using AtNaR and YNaR nitrate reductase enzymes. It drives the enzymatic reduction of nitrate (NO₃⁻) to nitrite (NO₂⁻), enabling downstream colorimetric quantification.
