Quantitative Nitrate Analysis for High-Throughput Testing

NECi's Microplate Format Nitrate Test Kit delivers high-throughput nitrate quantification in any aqueous sample using a 96-well microplate. The enzyme-based assay uses recombinant Nitrate Reductase (NaR) to reduce nitrate to nitrite via NADH, which then reacts with color reagents to produce a measurable signal — read at 540 nm against nitrate standards. No cadmium reduction required.
