SDS for Test Tube Format and Microplate Format Nitrate Test Kits

You will need graduated cylinders, variable pipetters, spectrophotometer capable of reading at 340 nm± 20nm, a timer, dionized nitrate-free water, ice, and extra cuvettes.

Each Kit Contains:

  • (4) 50mL Tube Assay Buffer (liquid)
  • (8) Tubes NADH (freeze-dried)
  • (4) Tubes Nitrate Reductase (freeze-dried)
  • (4) Squeeze Bulbs Enzyme Diluent
  • (1) 1.5mL Tube 100ppm Nitrate-N Standard
